RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Overview At Pierre Premium, we take pride in the quality of our fur products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@pierrepremium.com within the 14-day period.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Be in their original, unused condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Custom or made-to-order fur products
How to Return
- Contact us at info@pierrepremium.com to initiate a return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back securely. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–7 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pierrepremium.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
